“Oz will take care of himself and you have a hole in you, rendering you useless. Get your blood to that seed NOW!”

She’s right. I almost beat Isic and Oz has way more combat training than I do. I literally can’t help him more than I can help my planet.

I hurry down the hall in the opposite direction of Oz’s ship. I quickly get to Isic’s ship and get inside. I walk over to the seed and it scans me.

“Nij,” Gaiya says. “Please insert material.”

I put my hand to it and the seed begins to take my blood.

“Genetic material accepted,” Gaiya responds.

I rush over to the pilot seat and get a good view of Oz’s ship exploding and, in the dock next to it, Oka’s ship as it begins to ignite for launch. My ship too begins to ignite at the same time as Oz’s explodes off the dock.

Oz’s ship shoots off the dock and into the worm hole that was meant for Oka. The worm hole disappears just as soon as Oka’s ship launches. With no proper destination the ship goes off into outer space at light speed.
